Privacy

Peleh is a thin pipeline: paper in, slides out. We try to hold onto as little as possible.

What we receive

What we don't collect

Ownership of your material

Processing your paper does not transfer ownership of it. Copyright in the source you supply — and in the slides and article generated from it — stays with the original author(s); Peleh and Accumulation Point Pty Ltd claim no ownership over either. We use your source only to produce your conversion, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload it. The full ownership and liability terms are in our Terms of Service.

Payments

When Stripe Checkout is wired up, Stripe will collect the email address you provide at payment time. Peleh sees the resulting receipt event (so we know which job was paid for) but does not store card details. Refer to Stripe's privacy policy for what they hold on their side.

Where data goes

To turn your paper into slides, the engine sends excerpts of it to two AI providers outside our box: Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). They're used to reshape the paper into a talk, tighten long paragraphs into bullets, and repair LaTeX that won't compile. Each provider sees only the excerpts relevant to those tasks, and neither trains on this traffic (see their privacy policies, linked above).

Otherwise, your paper and the generated artifacts never leave the Peleh server.

How long we keep things

Storage is best-effort. Job artifacts live on disk indefinitely today but may be purged at any time as the server fills up.

Changes

As the product evolves, this policy will too. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
